Truffle Market

The tasty tubers will this year again attract mushroom lovers, families, gourmets and curious people.

The truffle market in Murten has become an important event in the Swiss truffle world. Over two days, the truffle market of Murten will welcome you in the Rathausgasse, in the heart of the old town. With more than 20 exhibitors, the raw product of the truffle will be available for purchase, as well as truffle-based products such as pasta, risotto and various spices.

Two gastronomic evenings will also be offered. On Friday evening, November 17, the truffle fondue will be the star attraction and will be served in the tent specially set up at the end of the Rathausgasse, in front of the French church.
The now traditional truffle evening will also be back on Saturday evening, November 18. Like last year, a 5-course menu prepared by top regional chefs will be served on site. Vully wines will accompany this menu which promises to be rich in flavors.

This gastronomic offer will be completed by a truffle risotto that will be served during the two days of the market under the festival tent.
