The Triumvirat Brewery, founded in 2017 in Avenches by the Revelly brothers, stands out for its locally brewed craft beers. Their production has rapidly evolved from small trials to a capacity of 5 hectolitres per day. The brewery offers original recipes and aims to provide top-quality local beers for connoisseurs and all lovers of hoppy beverages.
The brewery is actively involved in local life, organising and taking part in numerous events, and plans to produce around 100,000 bottles a year.
